It also depends on what other professors would say, but I would
recommend you to wait for another three months. The comments from other
professors suggest that you need major revisions, especially in terms of
academic contributions. I do feel that it is still weak. You might feel
that you have done everything you could, but if you take more time and
think more deeply, you usually get better idea and better writing.

You must feel inpatient, but it is not that rare for doctoral students
to take four, five, or even six years to receive their degrees in Japan
as well as in the U.S. Actually, most of our students don't graduate
within three years. It just that doctoral degree reacquires really
excellent work.
